Booking & Payment

  • All bookings are confirmed only after full or partial payment, as specified at the time of reservation.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice until the booking is confirmed.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • All bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.

  • In case of cancellation, no-show, or early check-out, no refund or credit will be provided.

Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in and check-out timings will be shared at the time of booking.

  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.

Guest Identification

  • All guests must provide a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in.

  • The primary guest must be present during check-in.

Occupancy

  • Only the number of guests mentioned in the booking are allowed to stay.

  • Extra guests are not permitted without prior approval and may be charged additionally.

House Rules

  • Guests are requested to maintain cleanliness and respect the property and neighbours.

  • Any damage to the apartment, furniture, or amenities will be charged to the guest.

  • Illegal activities, loud music, or parties are strictly not allowed.

Safety & Belongings

  • Niksh Stays is not responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings.

  • Guests are advised to take care of their valuables.

Exceptional Situations

  • In case of unforeseen events such as government restrictions or natural calamities, management may offer a date change or booking credit, subject to feasibility. Refunds will not be provided.

Management Rights

  • Niksh Stays reserves the right to deny accommodation or ask guests to vacate in case of rule violations or inappropriate behaviour, without any refund.

Legal Jurisdiction

  • All disputes shall be subject to the local jurisdiction of the property location, governed by Indian law.

Policy Updates

  • Niksh Stays reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
